As far as engine output, The 2018 Honda Accord's two available engine options beat the 2018 Chevy Malibu's. The Accord's 1.5L 4-cylinder engine offers over 30 more horsepower than the Malibu's. The turbocharged 2.0L engine options offer more similar horsepower and power secs, but the 2018 Honda Accord still comes out ahead.
